By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of the Service

Vistta provides a virtual home staging platform that uses artificial intelligence technology to transform property photographs. Our services include:

• Vistta Enhance: Enhancement of existing photographs (lighting, visual clean-up, minor adjustments).
• Vistta Vision: Virtual furnishing of empty spaces in different décor styles.

3. Registration and Account

To use the Service, you must create an account by providing truthful and complete information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• All activity that takes place under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised use
• Keeping your information up to date and accurate

4. Acceptable Use

When using Vistta, you agree to:

• Use the Service only for lawful purposes related to property promotion
• Not upload content that infringes third-party rights
• Not use the generated images to mislead buyers or tenants about the real condition of a property
• Not attempt to compromise the security of the Service
• Not use the Service to generate illegal, offensive or inappropriate content

Images generated by Vistta should be used as virtual and promotional representations. We recommend clearly indicating that they are renders or virtual staging when they are presented to potential clients.

5. Intellectual Property

Your content: You retain all rights to the original images you upload to the platform. By uploading content, you grant us a limited licence to process it and generate the requested transformations.

Generated images: The images resulting from AI processing are your property and may be used for commercial purposes related to property promotion.

Our platform: All code, design, trade marks and technology in Vistta are the exclusive property of the Company and are protected by the applicable intellectual property laws.

6. Plans and Payments

Vistta offers several subscription plans. The prices and features of each plan are available on our website. By subscribing:

• You authorise the charge corresponding to the plan you have selected
• Unused credits may have an expiry date depending on the plan
• Monthly subscriptions renew automatically
• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that:

• The Service will operate uninterrupted or error-free
• The results of the AI will always be satisfactory or photorealistic
• The Service will meet every one of your specific expectations

In no event shall we be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

8. Changes to the Service
